Grants allow Cleveland Rape Crisis Center to cut waiting time for counseling

For the first time in decades, survivors of rape will be able to get counseling almost immediately at Cleveland's Rape Crisis Center. The high volume of calls over the years had made impossible for the therapists to respond to victims who weren't in a crisis situation -- some were put on a waiting list that stretched up to six months.

Some preventive care to have no out-of-pocket cost

From counseling for kids who struggle with their weight, to cancer screenings for their parents, preventive health care will soon be available at no out-of-pocket cost under consumer rules the Obama administration unveiled Wednesday.
