Ticket to Hope, a program offering free mental health counseling for survivors of the 2008 floods, tornadoes and storms has been extended through September.

Jeffrey Rossiter of the West Virginia Division of Veterans Affairs provides counseling and assistance to area veterans in filing for state and federal veterans' benefits. He will be available at the following times and locations: 9;30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Aug. 19, Barbour County Senior Center.
