There will be a conference on domestic violence and mental health on Wednesday, April 30, at the Forrest City Civic Center from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The conference is being sponsored by Counseling Services of Eastern Arkansas (CSEA) and the St. Francis County Domestic Violence Coalition (DVC).
